    I've got the following query: select distinct a.id, a.name from Employee a join Dependencies b on a.id = b.eid where not exists ( select * from Dependencies d where b.id = d.id and d.name = 'Apple' ) and exists ( select * from Dependencies c where b.id = c.id and c.name = 'Orange' ); I have two tables, relatively simple. The first Employee has an id column and a name column The second table Dependencies has 3 column, an id, an eid (employee id to link) and names (apple, orange etc). the data looks like this Employee table looks like this id | name ----------- 1 | Pat 2 | Tom 3 | Rob 4 | Sam Dependencies id | eid | Name -------------------- 1 | 1 | Orange 2 | 1 | Apple 3 | 2 | Strawberry 4 | 2 | Apple 5 | 3 | Orange 6 | 3 | Banana As you can see Pat has both Orange and Apple and he needs to be excluded and it has to be via joins and i can't seem to get it to work.     I have a Workout model that has and belongs to many Equipment models. I have an array of some Equipment IDs. I want to find all Workouts that don't have any Equipment assigned that matches any of the array of Equipment IDs. So, if my array = [2,3,5] I want to find all workouts where the assigned equipment ids does not include 2, 3 or 5. EDIT: Workout.joins(:equipment).where("equipment.id not in(?)",[2,3,5]).uniq Assuming five instances of Equipment, the code above returns workouts with equipment.ids 1 and 4 (good), but also returns partial matches for example Workouts with equipment.id = [1,2], [1,2,3].

    Hello, I am trying to fix this pagination script. It seems when I click on the pagination links [1][2][3][4]or[5] , it doesn't work. It just shows the first page and when clicking on the next numbers nothing happens. I hoping someone can see something in the script that I can not see.     CakePHP 1.3.0, mysqli I have a model, Manifest, whose ID should be the unique number from a printed form. However, with Manifest.id set as the primary key, CakePHP is helping me by setting up auto-increment on the field. Is there a way to flag the field via schema.php and/or elsewhere to disable auto-increment? I need just a plain, old primary key without it. The only other solution I can imagine is adding on a separate manifest number field and changing foreign keys in a half dozen other tables. A bit wasteful and not as intuitive.

    So far we have been manually downloading the jars and deploying to our maven repo with custom group/artifact id's. I would like to avoid that. So my question is What are the correct group and artifact id's for jee 5 and 6 artifacts? I'd like to get the names at JSR level (for example I doesn't need the ids for jee 6 uber jar but individual api's like jsr 330 etc) Which is the CORRECT repo to get these from? Does Oracle host there in their own repos?

    enviroment: hibernate 4.1.6.final spring 3.1.2.release spring jpa 1.1.0.release postgresql 9.1-901-1.jdbc4 there is 2 table public A { private Long id; private Long name; } public B { private Long id; private Long table_a_id; } the A.id and B.id is sequential, unique , but no related.(means they are separately id for their own table). how to do mapping? i have tried some method, however the result is not i wanted, because it bind wrong. for example: public A { .... @OneToOne @JoinColumn(name = "id") private B table_b } public B { ... @JsonIgnore @OneToOne(mappedBy = "table_b") private A table_a; } when i query A the result is { "id":5, "table_b":{ "id":5, "table_a_id":4 } } obviously the data join by using their id but not joining using table_a_id. what i expect is { "id":4, "table_b":{ "id":5, "table_a_id":4 } } so can somebody teach me that, how to map this 2 table by using table b table_a_id(foregin key)

    Hi all, I have a web form with usual elements (first name, last name, etc). The Postback URL is a different website altogether as the form is intented to post lead information to another website. The site that accepts the lead is expecting First Name to come over as "FName", and Last Name to come over as "LName". Is there any way I can set the ID of a textbox to "txtFName", but submit it over the wire as "FName"? I tried changing the name attribute, but at runtime it sets the name = id.

    using coldfuion 9 I used structdelete(session,"Elementemployee.id") in one of my .cfm display files.Also in my application.cfc it defined as is <cfset tArray[1][2] = "#session.employee_id#"> and the error is `Elementemployee.id is undefined in SESSION.` Is there a way that i can reset it without following the method shown below Navigate to the page Server Settings => Memory Variablesin the Coldfusion Administrator. Uncheck the option Use J2EE session variables and check the options Enable Application Variables and Enable Session Variables. Click the button to submit the changes.

  • Grant access for users on a separate domain to SharePoint

    Hello. I just completed development of a SharePoint site on a virtual server and am currently in the process of granting users from a different domain to the site. The SharePoint domain is SHAREPOINT, and the domain with the users I want to give access to is COMPANY. I have provided them with a link to the site and added them as users via SharePoint, which is all I thought I would need to do. However, when they go to the link, the site shows them a SharePoint error page.   • /dev/input/uinput Device appears to be 'broken'

    I'm trying to setup Pystromo so that I can remap the keys on my Belkin N52TE gamepad. Pystromo basically captures the key strokes and then outputs the remapped keystrokes to the uinput device. However, at the moment it simply swallows the input and outputs absolutely nothing. I've tracked the issue to something being wrong with my uinput device, with the smoking gun being: # ls -l /dev/input/uinput crw-rw---- 1 root plugdev 10, 223 Dec 31 2009 /dev/input/uinput # cat /dev/input/uinput cat: /dev/input/uinput: No such device The uinput module is loaded, and can be clearly seen via lsmod. Anyone seen this before, or can think of something worth attempting? Current Setup Gentoo Linux Kernel 2.6.32 (Gentoo Sources 2.6.32-r1) HP DV7 Laptop Output dmesg dmesg | grep uinput does nothing, and no new lines appear if I run modprobe -r uinput && modprobe uinput. Since I've posted a bounty, I'll leave this here for someone to post an explanation for how user-space input devices work under the hood.
