  • Can we set parameter width manually, in SSRS?

    Hi All, Is it possible to set the report parameter's width manullay in SSRS. I could see that the parameters are given the width by SSRS itself, and the XML coding is not having any attributes mentioning its width. I was wondering is there anything that we can add in to to set the report parameter's width? Thanks for your help all in advance. San

  • Magento user created attribute for products is not saved...

    I am fighting an apparently simple thing for about two days now. I hope somebody can help. Later I do // for product 1 $product->setMyUpdate($stringDate); // string this format: yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss $product->save(); // and saves without issues * in admin module But later when I do: $product = Mage::getModel('catalog/product')->load(1); var_dump($product->getMyUpdate()); // returns null Somehow the data is not really saved.. or I am not retrieving it correctly. Please advice on how to get the data and where the data is saved in the DB so I can check at if the insert is done correctly. Thanks.

In my app, I've found all the four relationships, but I want to make sure not to double-register my NetworkMember, thus I'd like to search for this NSManagedObject before instantiating it. However, the changes which i make in the view file is not visible immediately after a hard refresh but after 15-20 mins, the changes reflect. However, as for my purposes it's not adequate to load the contents lazily, I have the following question: How can I create an object hierarchy (of, say, the custom FileOrDirectory class with the standard children,count,isLeaf attributes) from the information I load from the enumeratorAtURL: method? I need to load this data beforehand, and show it in an outline view, for my purposes.

    I'm trying to make a meta-language for writing markup code (such as xml and html) wich can be directly embedded into C/C++ code. As you can see the traditional tag-based style is substituted by C-like, with blocks delimited by curly braces. I need to build an interpreter to translate this code to html and posteriorly insert it into C, so that it can be compiled. The C part stays intact. Inside the wdi source it is not necessary to use prints, every return statement will be used for output (in printf function). The program's output will be clean html code. So, for example a heading 1 tag would be transformed like this: h1 { "Hello, " + toCapital(name) + "!"; } // would become: printf("<h1>Hello, %s!</h1>", toCapital(name)); My main goal is to create an interpreter to translate wdi source to html like this: tag(attributes) {content} = <tag attributes>content</tag> Secondly, html code returned by the interpreter has to be inserted into C code with printfs. Variables and functions that occur inside wdi should also be sorted in order to use them as printf parameters (the case of toCapital(name) in sample source). I am searching for efficient (I want to create a fast parser) way to create a lexer and parser for wdi. Already tried flex and bison, but as I am not sure if they are the best tools. Are there any good alternatives? What is the best way to create such an interpreter? Can you advise some brief literature on this issue?

  • UISegmentedControl not expanding size for navigation bar/very squished

    Running through an iPhone SDK book and one of the examples has me creating a table and then later adding a UISegmentedControl to the table for sorting. I dutifully did this in IB, and it looks great: When I run it in the simulator or my phone, it's totally squished: The buttons work perfectly, it's just they are not sizing according to their content.     I'm using timthumb to resize my images because it scales them nicely if I only enter one of the dimensions. However I want to know if it's possible to extract the new resized image's dimensions so that I can add that dynamically to the img tag attributes. I tried this with no luck: $fullpath = '/lib/timthumb.php?src='.$image.'&w=100'; $my_image = array_values(getimagesize($fullpath)); list($width, $height, $type, $attr) = $my_image; Any ideas?

  • Can't get the value of an attribute with Selenium RC using xpath??

    I'm trying to get the first href attribute in a page using Selenium RC (in Python): sel.get_text("xpath=//@href") this returns an empty string. However, an identical xpath on the same page inside Firefox (using the "View XPath" extension) yields the correct value. I've tried fiddling with it, but the same happens for other attributes (eg @class) -- is there something awfully wrong with selenium or am I overlooking something trivial here?

  • jquery cycle not working/playing in IE7

    got the jq cycle plugin to work nicely on all the other major browsers, but IE7 just shows the first nested element (an img with a anchor wrapped around it) with no fade/animation. http://alitedesigns.com/ I checked for trailing commas after the custom attributes for cycle, any thoughts on why IE won't play nice? thanks!

When raw_topic is set, I want artist and song_title to be set based off of raw_topic's contents. Ideally, I'd like to override the raw_topic= method, but rails doesn't seem to like that. What's the proper way of doing this? Is a callback the only way?
