I'm also using a Ruby Facebook API gem (mini_fb) which signs my other requests, and in addition to having no idea how to set up the MIME multi-part, even if I did I'm not sure how to add in the required signature values with the gem.     I am using server.transfer to redirect from one to another page... lets say when i click on button1 of page1 i redirects to page2 using server.transfer but than when i refresh that page2 , it get postback and redirects me page1 again.. please tell me where i am doing wrong.?   • Access modifiers in Object-Oriented Programming

    I don't understand Access Modifiers in OOP. Why do we make for example in Java instance variables private and then use public getter and setter methods to access them? I mean what's the reasoning/logic behind this? You still get to the instance variable but why use setter and getter methods when you can just make your variables public? please excuse my ignorance as I am simply trying to understand why?   • aspect ratio is changed using ffmpeg sameq and codec copy

    i am using ffmpeg to extract clip from mp4 video, i tried with "-acodec copy -vcodec copy" and "-sameq" in both, aspect ration of generated file is changed. ( ffmpeg -sameq -i "input file" "output file" ffmpeg -i "input file" -acodec copy -vcodec copy "outputfile" ) source file is of aspect ratio sar=4:3 dar=4:3 new file is has aspect ratio sar=4:3 dar=1:1 please help me to solve this problem, one weird thing is when i see details in another video tool, it shows me sar=4:3 dar=4:3 of source video but when i use command ffmpeg -i sourcefile, it shows me sar=300:400 dar=1:1 thanks vishal parekh

    I have build the web application using Java1.5, Struts framework with Mysql database Deployed on the JBOSS4.0.5 Server Every thing seems to be fine when the activity is there on the server. Every morning, If I tried to connect to application, it shows the application is down. Once I restart the server, It works fine. From past 1 month, I am just restarting the server every day. Can any one help me where I am doing wrong in the configuration settings Please suggest me How i can eliminate this extra work every day

    Hi, I trying to create some dirs like this: @mkdir("photos/$cat/$sku", 0777, true) it creates the first directory with 0777 permissions, but when it creates the second is uses 000 as it's perms, so it fails to create the third. A workaround this please? Thanks, Richard.
