  • MSTest Not Finding New Tests

    Using VS2010, I can't seem to add additional test methods. If I set up my project like this [TestMethod] public void Test1() { Assert.AreNotEqual(0,1); } [TestMethod] public void Test2() { Assert.AreNotEqual(0,1); } The only test that shows up in my Test View is Test1. How do I make sure Test2 gets in to that list?

  • Python get raw_input but manually decide when string is done

    I want someone to type words in the console, and autocomplete from a list when they hit "tab" key. However, raw_input won't return a string until someone hits [Enter]. How do I read characters into a variable until the user hits [Enter]? *Note: I don't want to use import readline for autocompletion because of OS issues.

    Hi, I have defined my class: public class Host { public string Name; } then a strongly-typed dictionary: Dictionary<string, Host> HostsTable; then I try to compare a value: if (HostsTable.Values.Where(s => s.Name == "myhostname") != null) { doSomething } and the problem is, nothing is found, even I'm sure the item is on the list. What I'm doing wrong ?

    Hi guys, i have a program that needs command line arguments in the form : ./my_program -m256M -tm -t some_other_file The "some_other_file" argument is not bound to -t (-t it's just another functionality) so i can't take it as the optarg of any of the flags, neither can i assume it is the last argument in the list.     I've want to match any occurrence of a search term (or list of search terms) within the tags of a document. My current solution uses preg (within a Joomla plugin) $pattern = '/matchthisterm/i'; $article->text = preg_replace($pattern,"<span class=\"highlight\">\\0</span>",$article->text); But this replaces everything within the HTML of the document so I need to match the tags first. Is this even the best way to achieve this?

    I have a column called "menu_order" which has no default value. When I select the contents of this column using the following select statement: SELECT * FROM categories ORDER BY menu_order ASC It lists the category items that have nothing as their menu order first and then the one's that have 1's and 2's and 3's. Is there any way to prevent SQL from take nothing to come before numbers when I am trying to list things in order? So for example, if I have: cat_name | menu_order ---------------------- Lunch | 1 Dinner | And I perform my query, the output should be: Lunch Dinner Not: Dinner Lunch

    I'm looking to create a many to many relationship using NHibernate. I'm not sure how to map these in the XML files. I have not created the classes yet, but they will just be basic POCOs. Tables Person personId name Competency competencyId title Person_x_Competency personId competencyId Would I essentially create a List in each POCO for the other class? Then map those somehow using the NHibernate configuration files?
