• Granite DS Actionscript Code Generation Ant cannot find class error

  I am trying to get my Ant build to run the granite DS Actionscript code generation task and am running into some problems. At the moment I am getting this error: BUILD FAILED C...\build.xml:62: Could not load Java class file: SampleDTOOne.class So the .class files are obviously being found. I am not however sure if this error means that the it cannot load the .class file or that it cannot find the actual java source code. My Ant task definition looks like this: <classpath> <pathelement location="C.../src/packages/" /> </classpath> <fileset dir="${base.build.dir}/jc/classes/gpbit/packageName"> <include name="*.class" /> </fileset> </gas3> I have tried many different values for the classpath but cannot get anythign to work. I do not like the path that I am using to find the .class files but again at the moment this is the only one I can get to work. None of the variables seem to make it any easier to get to this location. The fileset is definitely working as it definitely found the .clas files to include the name in the error message. Actually I can see from the error message that git is trying right thing, but cannot because of the branch remotes/deep being existing. I have tried to search for 2 possible solutions: 1. Remove that branch (remotes/deep), but as it is tracked by git as a remote, I was not able to find any solution for that. 2. Remove the whole history related to that branch.   I've been running Ubuntu 10.10 in a physical x86-64 machine. Today Update Manager reminded me that there are some updates to install and I confirmed the action. I should had read the update list but I didn't. I can only remember there is an update about cups. After the upgrading, Update Manager requires a restart and I confirmed too. • Nginx & Apache Cannot get try_files to work with permalinks

  I have been working on this for the past two weeks not and for some reason I cannot seem to get nginx's try_files to work with my wordpress permalinks. I am hoping someone will be able to tell me where I am going wrong and also hopefully tell me if I made any major errors with my configurations as well (I am an nginx newbie... but learning :) ).   I'm making a Python package that gets installed with a setup.py file using setuptools. The package includes a GUI, and when it's installed on a Windows machine, I want the installation to make a folder in "Programs" in the start menu, and make a shortcut there to a pyw script that will start the GUI. (The pyw think works on all platforms, right?) On Mac and Linux, I would like it to put this shortcut in whatever Mac and Linux have that is parallel to the start menu. How do I do this?

It seems like the pax tools would do this, but I can't seem to find any documentation indicating such. • Windows 7 ipv4 autoconfiguration - cannot connect to internet

  I get my internet connection from a guy (lets call him my service provider henceforth). He gives internet connections to many students here in my hostel. My PC gets a private IP through his DHCP server. Now, when I switch on my WiFi, my PC gets a private IP as it should and I can connect to the internet just fine. But now when I connect my LAN cable, my PC gets some "Autoconfiguration IPv4 address" 169.254.110.154(Preferred) and I cannot connect to the internet. • Eclipse cannot find existing project in build path

  Here is probably one of the idiosyncrasies of Eclipse and its handling of build paths, which cannot be fixed despite all sorts of workarounds tested so far. The issue relates to a workspace of several projects, each of which compiles into its own JAR. Dependencies among the projects are resolved by adding the relevant ones to the build path (no Maven or other external tool or plugin is used), via Project -> Properties -> Java Build Path -> Projects Among all these projects, a couple (say, com.example.p1 and com.example.p2) refuse to recognize a third (and simple) one (say, com.example.p3), while all other projects do. So, although P3 is added to the build path, all related classes from P3 are imported properly and the source code of each such class is accessible by hitting F3, Eclipse keeps complaining that The import com.example.p3 cannot be resolved and SomeClass cannot be resolved to a type where com.example.p3.SomeClass is one of the P3 classes. If instead of the P3 project I put its compiled JAR in the build path, the issue disappears. However, code in P3 changes frequently and it is a time waste to keep compiling and refreshing the workspace so that the change is picked up, not to mention that this should not happen in an IDE anyway (and it does not for the other projects using P3). Among the workarounds tried are things like: Removing and adding again P1, P2, P3 Cleaning up and recompiling everything Checking whether any other project loads the P3 JAR Putting P3 at the top of the Eclipse build path "Order and Export" list Using the "Fix project setup" suggestion of Eclipse (available when hovering the mouse over the red-underlined-error compilation line). Actually, this option offers adding to the build path either P3 or its JAR, but if P3 is added, the issue reappears. Any ideas?

  I have a webfaction account and I install openerp-server 6.1.1, when a start the server from ssh session it's works, when I close the session it close the server too. So I'm trying to start the server with cron. • exception at process.start(), of The parameter is incorrect

  i am trying to start a c++ exe file from c# by a click of a button , but it is throwing an Exception of type 'System.Exception' at process.start(); , although the file is correct . i have tried : private void button2_Click(object sender, EventArgs e) { myProcess.StartInfo.UseShellExecute = false; myProcess.StartInfo.FileName = "E:\\tc\\5a.exe"; myProcess.StartInfo.CreateNoWindow = true; myProcess.Start(); } when i view details of this exception it shows "The parameter is incorrect" the file is present at e:\tc when i do same thing but in filename i keep "cmd.exe" it works . thank you in advance

• Application Does Not Start in Windows 7

  I recently installed a new 60GB SSD as my primary hard drive and re-installed Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I then installed SSD Fresh from Abelssoft to optimize Windows to run on the SSD. It seemed to install okay, but when I try to run the utility, its splash screen appears briefly before it quietly closes. No errors are displayed; the utility just fails to launch. I have run SSD Fresh on another SSD-equipped Windows 7 Pro x64 computer in the past without any problems. Does anyone know what might be preventing the program from running? I tried running sfc /scannow from the command line (with administrator privileges), shutting down the Spybot Resident, and disabling the firewall and virus scanner. I also tried running the tool as administrator; I even tried reinstalling it, running the installer as administrator. No luck.
