  Hello, I've got a database with video ids and N keywords for each video. I made a table with 1 video ID and 1 keyword ID in each row. What's the easiest way to order keywords by frequency? I mean to extract the number of times a keyword is used and order them. Is it possible to do that with sql or do I need to use php arrays? Thanks

  Using Hibernate, what is the most efficient way to determine if a table is empty or non-empty? In other words, does the table have 0, or more than 0 rows? I could execute the HQL query select count(*) from tablename and then check if result is 0 or non-0, but this isn't optimal as I would be asking the database for more detail than I really need.

  I am trying to run the following SQL statement: "SELECT *, (IIF([Field]=TRUE,'StringValue1','StringValue2') AS [NewField] FROM [Table1] ORDER BY [NewField] ASC" But this gives me an error "Parameter NewField has no default value".   I'm getting the following error: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Broken pipe Now I have seen questions/answers with respects to the socket exception, but this error is coming from a different package. Any help is greatly appreciated. BTW, I am seeing quite a lot of these errors in a struts web app Weblogic Node logs and I am thinking that it has to do with end users closing their web browser before the page reloads/executes the next step (database transaction which takes quite a bit of time to execute, anywhere from 30 seconds to 4 mins).

  I have a download.php file that connects to a remote mysql database. If I run it using php download.php it works fine. But if I create another php file form.php and then submit the form to this download.php, it complains the following: Can't connect to MySQL server on '<IP_ADDRESS>' (13) Does anyone know why this might be happening? I can't see a reason why this works directly but fails to work upon form submission...
