• DBI::DBD package not getting installed for Perl?

  Hi, We are using a Perl utility to dump data from DB2 database. We installed DBI package and it is asking for DBD package also. We dont have root access and when we try to install DBD package we are getting the following error. • ValidationException class version mismatch

  I have a simple EJB application that I can deploy and test on a local WebLogic instance (v10.3.0.0) without problems. I need to deploy this on a remote WL server (v10.3.3.0), and test it from a local machine. • WF 4.0 can't get to resume workflow on the staging/production environment

  I have developed various registeration workflows using WF4.0. Each work flow has various bookmarks. I am using the registeration wf for an asp.net application. I tested the asp.net application locally and it is working fine( Starting WF, Persisting to db and resuming bookmarks). When I try to test it on the staging server, everything goes messy. • Problems requesting the LDAP: The server is unwilling to process the request.

  We have written an authentication provider for a SharePoint web application which can requests multiple LDAP directories. One of the LDAP server have to be requested via SSL. So we imported the CA certificate which was used to sign the LDAP server's certificate into the certificate store of the SharePoint server. The following code snippet shows how we authenticate an user. The passed credentials (account, password) belong to the user we want to authenticate. var entry = new DirectoryEntry("LDAP://<ldap-server-address>", "cn=account,ou=sub,o=xyz,c=de", "password", AuthenticationTypes.SecureSocketsLayer); var searcher = new DirectorySearcher(entry); var found = searcher.FindOne(); When the code is processed, the call to searcher.FindOne() throws following exception. System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80072035): The server is unwilling to process the request What circumstance can lead to this error? UPDATE: I found some information about the error message. There the problem seems to be the certificate store, as the user has only stored the certificate in the in the user's store and not in the computer's store. Unfortunately we've already stored it there. So could this be still a certificate issue? UPDATE/SOLUTION: Actually the problem is solved. It seems as if the root CA certificate was imported correctly but the error messages the LDAP server responded was caused by an expired user account our customer gave us for testing.

• App.config for SpecFlow not recognized by NUnit GUI runner

  How do I get my App.config file to be recognized/used by the NUnit GUI runner? I have tried placing it in the top folder of my project and in the same folder as my feature files. • How to catch an expected (and intended) 302 response code with generic XmlHttpRequest?

  So, if you look back at my previous question about Exchange Autodiscover, you'll see that the easiet way to get the autodiscover URL is to send a non-secure, non-authenticated GET request to the server, ala: http://autodiscover.exchangeserver.org/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml The server will respond with a 302 redirect with the correct url in the Location header. I'm trying out something really simple at first with a Chrome extension, where I have: if (req.readyState==4 && req.status==302) { return req.getResponseHeader("Location"); } With another ajax call set up with the full XML Post and the user credentials, But instead Chrome hangs at this point, and a look at the developer panel shows that it is not returning back the response but instead is acting like no response was given, meanwhile showing a Uncaught Error: NETWORK_ERR: XMLHttpRequest Exception 101 in the error log. The way I see it, refering to the exact response status is about the same as "catching" it, but I'm not sure if the problem is with Chrome/WebKit or if this is how XHR requests always handle redirects. I'm not sure how to catch this so that I can get still get the headers from the response. Or would it be possible to set up a secondary XHR such that when it gets the 302, it sends a totally different request? Quick Update I just changed it so that it doesn't check the response code: if (req.readyState==4) { return req.getResponseHeader("Location"); } and instead when I alert out the value it's null. and there is still the same error and no response in the dev console. SO it seems like it either doesn't track 302 responses as responses, or something happens after that wipes that response out?

The maximum string content length quota (8192) has been exceeded while reading XML data. This quota may be increased by changing the MaxStringContentLength property on the XmlDictionaryReaderQuotas object used when creating the XML reader. • Is it possible to make a non-nullable column nullable when used in a view? (sql server)

  Hi, To start off I have two tables, PersonNames and PersonNameVariations. When a name is searched, it finds the closest name to one of the ones available in PersonNames and records it in the PersonNameVariations table if it's not already in there. I am using a stored proc to search the PersonNames for a passed in PersonNameVariationand return the information on both the PersonName found and the PersonNameVariation that was compared to it. Since I am using the Entity Framework, I needed return a complex type in the Import Function but for some reason it says my current framework doesn't support it. My last option was to use an Entity to return in my stored proc instead. The result that I needed back is the information on both the PersonName that was found and the PersonNameVariation that was recorded. Since I cannot return both entities, I created a view PersonSearchVariationInfo and added it into my Entity Framework in order to use it as the entity to return. The problem is that the search will not always return a Person Name match. It needs to be able to return only the PersonNameVariation data in some cases, meaning that all the fields in the PersonSearchVariationInfo pertaining to PersonName need to be nullable. How can I take my view and make some of the fields nullable? When I do it directly in the Entity Framework I get a mapping error: Error 4 Error 3031: Problem in mapping fragments starting at line 1202:Non-nullable column myproject_vw_PersonSearchVariationInfo.DateAdded in table myproject_vw_PersonSearchVariationInfo is mapped to a nullable entity property.   I am working on understanding Core Audio, or rather: Extended Audio File Services Here, I want to use ExtAudioFileRead() to read some audio data from a file. This works fine as long as I use one single huge buffer to store my audio data (that is, one AudioBuffer). As soon as I use more than one AudioBuffer, ExtAudioFileRead() returns the error code -50 ("error in parameter list"). As far as I can figure out, this means that one of the arguments of ExtAudioFileRead() is wrong. Probably the audioBufferList. I can not use one huge buffer because then, dataByteSize would overflow its UInt32-integer range with huge files.   In the imageviewer example, QPainter and QPrintDialog objects are defined and used as following: #ifndef QT_NO_PRINTER QPrinter printer; #endif and QPrintDialog dialog(&printer, this); A QPainter object is then initialized with QPrinter (printer). When I tried to use the same code in my function, it looks like: void imageviewer::print() { ... #ifdef QT_NO_PRINTER QPrinter printer(this); //ERROR 1 QPrintDialog dialog(&printer, this);//ERROR 2 and 3 if (dialog.exec()) //ERROR 4 { //do the painting } #endif } The errors are: 1. variable 'QPrinter printer' has initializer but incomplete type 2. 'QPrintDialog' was not declared in this scope 3. Expected ';' before 'dialog' 4. 'dialog' was not declared in this scope What I am notable to understand is why are these errors arising when I am using them in my code, but not in the example. As a friend pointed out, I made sure that I used the right #include files and made sure that 'printer' and 'dialog' were not touched anywhere else in the example.

When running it on Ubuntu 10.04 I get this: $ ./start_slave Node started successfully! $ I want to install my own Erlang (latest version, debug compiled files for dialyzer etc) since the stock install of Erlang on Ubuntu lacks some features. I put my Erlang binaries inside ~/Applications/bin. Starting Erlang normally works, and starting slave nodes inside an Erlang shell works as well. However, now my escript doesn't work. After about 60 seconds it returns an error: $ ./start_slave escript: exception error: no match of right hand side value {error,timeout} Even if I change the first line to the escript to use my erlang version, it still does not work: #!/home/user/Applications/bin/escript The slave node is started with a call to erlang:open_port/2 which seems to be using sh which in turn does not read my .bashrc file that sets my custom PATH environment variable. The timeout seems to occur when slave:start_link/3 waits for the slave node to respond, which it never does. How can I roll my own installation of Erlang and start slave nodes inside escripts on Ubuntu 10.4?

  I get this error when compiling a C# application. Looks like a trivial error, but I can't get around it. My setup is Windows 7 64 bit. Visual-Studio 2010 C# express B2Rel. I added a reference to System.Web.dll located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\.NETFramework\v4.0, but it has a yellow exclamation symbol and I still get the above error. I also have the using System.Web declaration. What am I doing wrong? Update: After getting the prompt answer pointing me at the root cause, I searched a bit in Google to where it states that System.Web.dll is for the full framework. I did not find such a reference. For newbies like me, this blog summarizes the difference between the frameworks (client and full) nicely. I could not find a spot that says whether a certain Dll is supported in the client framework or not. I guess the exclamation mark in Visual Studio should be the first signal...

  I'm using SqlClient.SqlBulkCopy to try and bulk copy a csv file into a database. I am getting the following error after calling the ..WriteToServer method.   Is it possible to show a large (i.e. bigger than a thumbnail) jpeg image in the right-hand side of jqGrid's edit form ? Users want to look at a photo while entering data into fields ... they are describing things in the photo. • aapt not found when building new Android app in NetBeans

  I just installed NetBeans and the Android SDK following the instructions here. I am running Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic). NetBeans is 6.7.1. The Android SDK is version 7.   Hi there, this is an iPhone-related question: I use openAL to play some sound (I have to manage gain, pitch, etc.). I want to record what I'm playing and I use AVAudioRecorder but when I "prepareToRecord" openAL stops to play audio. What's the problem?
