    I have a child element of a div named "bob" that's class is '.divTitle' <div id="bob"> <div class="divTitle"> <a href="#"> <h1>Title</h1> </a> </div> </div> I am trying to set the background color of "divTitle" to red but for the life of me can't get this to work. Right now I am trying two things... $('#bob').children('.divTitle')[0].css('background-color', '#0f0'); // assuming children is returning an array... and $('#bob').children('.divTitle').css('background-color', '#0f0'); neither with any success... can anyone tell me what I am missing here? Do I have to go deeper than ".children"?

  • Css attribute selector for input type="button" not working on IE7

    Hi all, I am working on a big form and it contains a lot of buttons all over the form, therefore I am trying to get working input[type="button"] in my main css file so it would catch all buttons with out having to add a class to every single one, for some reason this is not working on IE7, after checking on the web it says that IE7 should be supporting this. Also it has to be type="button" and not type="submit" as not all buttons will submit the form. Could anybody give a hint what am I doing wrong? input[type="button"]{ text-align:center; } I have also tried input[type=button] Any help would be very much apreciated.

    Hi, I have a simple procedure in SQL Server 2005 which takes some XML as input. The element attributes correspond to field names in tables. I'd like to be able to determine <elementName>, <attribNameX> dynamically as to avoid having to hardcode them into the procedure. How can I do this? Now, I'm aware that the following annotation allows me to expect an exception of a certain type @Test(expected = NipException.class) However, I have an 'errorCode' property in my exception class which I would also like to verify. This is because the same exception is thrown at three places in the same method with different error codes. How do I access 'errorCode' of the thrown exception?

    Hi, is there something like getters and setters for django model's fields? For example, I have a text field in which i need to make a string replace before it get saved (in the admin panel, for both insert and update operations) and make another, different replace each time it is read. Those string replace are dynamic and need to be done at the moment of saving and reading. As I'm using python 2.5, I cannot use python 2.6 getters / setters. Any help?

The relationship is from DataEntered to Model (No To Many-relathionship) and no inverse relation.     Here is my layout <div id="mainPanel"> <div id="padding"> <h:outputText id="text" value="Personal Feed" rendered="#{Profile.renderComment}"/> </div> <div id="right"> <h:form> <p:commandButton value="Update" actionListener="#{bean.toggleComment}" update="text" /> </h:form> </div> </div> When I click the link Update, which suppose to toggle the renderComment boolean on and off, but it does not toggle the display of the text Personal Feed. Now if I put a form around the h:outputText, and instead update the form instead, then it work. Why is that?

  • Zend Framework Modules can't find/load Models..

    For some frustrating reason, I configured some Modules, which seemed to work fine, However I cannot load a Modules Models. If I move the Models to the Default they load, but I just can't get the Framework to find them locally.. Example: My Modules Directory is: application\modules\books\models\books.php (books is my Model) class Application_Module_Books_Model_Books extends Zend_Db_Table_Abstract {} I also tried.. Books_Model_Books, Model_Books, books, Modules_.. you name it I tried it :) My controller is in the Books Module, and is an Index Controller, and it can never find the Local Model. I'm using Application.ini and it is configured this way: resources.frontController.controllerDirectory = APPLICATION_PATH "/controllers" resources.frontController.params.displayExceptions = 1 resources.frontController.moduleDirectory = APPLICATION_PATH "/modules" I have a BootStrap in the Modules Directory: class Admin_Bootstrap extends Zend_Application_Module_Bootstrap { } I'm on Zend Framework 1.10, and ideas.. ?

  • In Rails, how can a record belong_to a single user, but also have multiple "secondary" users?

    In my app, I have a User model and a Project model. A user has_many assignments and each project belongs_to a user. But along with each project having an owner, the user who created it, I would like the owner be able to share it with others (so that the project gets shown on the other users' account along with their own). I imagine having to use has_many :through, and setting up a projects_users table with a user_id and a project_id. And I guess this would be the end result? Project.first.user # The creator of the project => #<User id: 1, name: 'andrew', etc...> Project.first.users # The users that the creator chose to share it with => [#<User id: 2 ...>, #<User id: 3 ...>] How would I go about doing this? The problem is that I want to add an ID number and then the PHP file will search for it and delete entire node. My question is how can i add an ID into CD for this to work ?   • ValidateInput Attribute Doesn't Seem To Work in ASP.NET MVC

    I'm trying to get around the "potentially dangerous Request.Form value" error and I'm having no luck. Yes, yes, I've read all the other StackOverflow related questions and none of them seem to get me closer to an answer. I am using [ValidateInput(false)] on all related controller actions...and I've checked many times. I'm using ValidateRequest='false' in all the related ASPX views. I am using ASP.NET MVC 2 Preview 1, but I don't think that's an issue since the error is being generated lower in the framework; Page.ProcessRequest to be exact. I can't see anything I'm doing wrong, I even set <page validateRequest='false'> in the web.config and that didn't solve it either. HELP!!!!!

  • OCL constraints intended prevent node creation in an GMF generated editor only makes it invisible

    Hello, I am working on editors created with GMF and struggling with OCL right now. Is there a possibilty to prevent a node to be created if an OCL statement in the mapping evaluates to false? If tried adding an OCL statement to a node and all it does is making the node not visible in the editor, but it is created. There is also an OCL statement in the ecore file, but this way it is only evaluated when there should be something done with the created model. I does not prevent a user to construct an invalid model but this is what I intend to prevent. Thanks in advance, Morph
