    I am having trouble with a DataGridView. I have a collection of 3 Items bound to the grid, when trying to delete one of the items and reload the grid. If have code of If (dlg.ShowDialog() = DialogResult.OK) Then 'Show dialog with grid on it End If On the opened dialog, I delete an item from the grid (which should in turn, delete the item from the collection, and re-load the grid), and it returns to the "If (dlg.show..." line, with the error of "A first chance exception of type 'System.IndexOutOfRangeException' occurred in System.Windows.Forms.dll Additional information: Index 2 does not have a value. " (I have break into debugger set on for common language runtime errors) I can understand this error if i were trying to access any cells, row or columns, but im not, and then I would expect the exception to stop on the line of code that is trying to access this grid data, not the "If (dlg.ShowDialog()... " line Any ideas? Cheers

    TLDR: I have an Openlayers map with a layer called 'track' I want to remove track and add track back in. I have an image 'imageFeature' on a layer that rotates on load to the direction being set. I want it to update this rotation that is set in 'styleMap' on a layer called 'tracking'. I set the var 'stylemap' to apply the external image & rotation. The 'imageFeature' is added to the layer at the coords specified. 'imageFeature' is removed. 'imageFeature' is added again in its new location. Rotation is not applied.. The image will move in coordinates as it should though. So what am I doing wrong with the redraw function or how can I get this image to rotate live? Thanks in advance -Ozaki Add: I managed to get map.layers[2].redraw(true); to sucessfully redraw layer 2. But it still does not update the rotation. I am thinking because the stylemap is updating. But it runs through the style map every n sec, but no updates to rotation and the variable for heading is updating correctly if i put a watch on it in firebug.

    I'm trying to use Enumerable.ToList() in PowerShell. Apparently, to do that, I have to explicitly convert the object to IEnumerable<CustomType>, but I am unable to do that. It seems I can't correctly write IEnumerable<CustomType> in PowerShell. Both IEnumerable<string> and CustomType itself work correctly (the custom type I'm trying to use is called WpApiLib.Page), so I don't know what can I be doing wrong.   • reading the file name from user input in MIPS assembly

    I'm writing a MIPS assembly code that will ask the user for the file name and it will produce some statistics about the content of the file.     I'm trying to connect to a AS400 server using the .net classes. I have added a reference to IBM.Data.DB.iSeries and I use the following code: var conn = new iDB2Connection("DataSource=111.111.111.111;UserID=xxx;Password=xxx; DataCompression=True;"); conn.Open(); But I get the following exceptions Running 64 bit: "The provider cannot run in 64-bit mode." Running 32 bit: An unexpected exception occurred. Type: System.DllNotFoundException, Message: Unable to load DLL 'cwbdc.dll': The operating system cannot run . (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700B6). I have uninstalled the Client Access and installed it again. The cwbdc.dll does exist in the system32 and syswow64 . I have no problem connecting to the AS400 if I use odbc. I'm running a 64 bit verion of Windows 7. Any ideas? /Jimmy

    I'm using VS2010 RC while targeting .NET 3.5. I can run code analysis via Visual Studio without a problem. However, when I try to run code analysis on our CI server it isn't getting executed. I have followed the steps in this guide, but it fails in the middle of Step 4 with SHOW MASTER STATUS; It simply returns an empty set. I get the same 3 errors in both servers' logs.     On the subject of associating your iPhone app with file types. In this informative question I learned that apps could be associated with custom URL protocols. That was almost one year ago and since then Apple introduced 'Document Support' which goes a step further and allows apps to associate with file types. There is a lot of talk in the documentation about how to set up your app to launch other appropriate apps when it encounters an unknown file type. This means the association doesn't work out of the box for any app, like the URL protocol registering did. This leads me to the question: have system apps like Safari or Mail implemented this system for choosing associated applications, or will they do nothing, as before?

  • Including an embedded framework using a cross-project-reference: Header no such file or directory

    I'm trying to create a Cocoa framework by using a cross-project reference in Xcode. I have 2 projects: one for the framework; one for the application that will use the framework. This framework is not intended to be stored within the system; it is an embedded framework that lives within the application bundle. I have successfully made the cross-project reference, marked the framework as being a dependency of my target, added a Copy Files build phase that puts the framework in Contents/Frameworks/ and added the framework to the linker phase (I checked the little "Target" checkbox; I've also done it manually by dragging the framework into the linker phase). My framework's install directory is correctly set to @executable_path/../Frameworks. However, when I try to build my app it: a) Correctly builds the framework first b) Correctly copies the framework c) Errors because it cannot find the master header file in my framework I have verified that the header is there. I can see it in the app product that is partially built. ls build/Debug/CioccolataTest.webapp/Contents/Frameworks/Cioccolata.framework/Headers/Cioccolata.h build/Debug/CioccolataTest.webapp/Contents/Frameworks/Cioccolata.framework/Headers/Cioccolata.h I have been able to successfully build the app by copying my framework into /Library/Frameworks (I can then delete it again after the successful build), but this is a workaround, I'm looking to find it out why Xcode doesn't find the framework's master header file without it being copied to a system directory. Is copying it to the app bundle during the build not sufficient?   • Can I read an Outlook (2003/2007) PST file in C#?

    Is it possible to read a .PST file using C#? I would like to do this as a standalone application, not as an Outlook addin (if that is possible). If have seen other SO questions similar to this mention MailNavigator but I am looking to do this programmatically in C#. I have looked at the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook namespace but that appears to be just for Outlook addins. LibPST appears to be able to read PST files, but this is in C (sorry Joel, I didn't learn C before graduating). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks! EDIT: Thank you all for the responses!
