This framework has some DLLs that are to be loaded, but on some WINCE platforms, the loading (tested with a c program with the LoadLibraryEx instruction) does not work ....   I am new to iphone development.I created a application , in which the first tab bar view ,load a web page and in second tab bar view ,it parses a xml file and display the content in the table view.
