The AJAX content loaded in a Colorbox has some JavaScript included that resizes things within the content. Colorbox determines its sizing based on the sizes before all of the AJAX happens. How can I make the Colorbox resize after the content has been loaded?
Here is a link where someone said that you can call colorbox() again after it's been loaded, but I can't figure out how to do that:

I'm developing a multiclient-server program with Java based on GUI and database. The demand regarding the program from the client side is to make sure all the time that there is a connection to the server, and if the connection is lost (server goes down/problem with socket or stream) it should be notified.
In other words I need a solution for continuously checking the connection to the server.
What is the best way to do that ?
I run through a for loop, each time extracting certain elements of an array, say element1, element2, etc. How do I then pool all of the elements I've extracted together so that I have a list of them?
I want Pi to like 100,000,000 decimals/digits...
And variables (well for me) say they have a limit of 67,000,000 bytes...
Is there any way around this?
can you save the first 10,000 characters/digits into one?
can you save it into an array 10,000 in each?
Is there a way?
If so how? Thanks alot...
I have a largish array of string that I want to use as a lookup.
I a using in_array(), but I suspect its doing a simple loop through - does anyone know whether the in_array() algo uses a bsearch algo?
In PHP I could echo data to the web browser to debug.
eg. echo print_r($array)
How do I do that in RoR? I tried with puts with no luck.
Is there a way?
I have an external javascript file that relies on the presence of another file.
How can I, using JavaScript (or jQuery) automatically include this file if it is not already included (I can test based on the presence of a known function in this external file)
THanks
I have a handful of queries I need to write in SQL Server 2005. Each Query will be calculating 4 unit cost values based on a handful of (up to 11) fields. Any time I want 1 of these 4 unit cost values, I'll want all 4. Which is quicker? Computing in the SQL Query ((a+b+c+d+e+f+g+h+i)/(j+k)), calling ComputeScalarUnitCost(datapoint.ID) 4 times, or joining to ComputeUnitCostTable(datapoint.ID) one time?
Hi, I'm wondering how I can sort mysql data based on the number of entries.
I'm doing this so I can have a page of the top purchases, so it would have to retrieve all the product_id's from a table, and then sort them by the most times one shows up, limiting it to 10 or something.
Thanks!
In qt: I create a class based on QToolButton to display icon and text. How can I add 'mousePressEvent' to the class? Thank you.
bool IconLabel::event (QEvent* e ) {
if ( e->type() == QEvent::Paint) {
return QToolButton::event(e);
}
return true;
}
The class is:
class IconLabel : public QToolButton
{
Q_OBJECT
public:
explicit IconLabel(QWidget *parent = 0);
bool event (QEvent* e );
signals:
public slots:
};
Under these conditions,
The o/p of the first program is an large array of either integers, doubles or strings.
Best method means the fastest on x86 architecture.
I am wanting to redirect a page on click, and then load specified content into on of those pages div.
How do I go about doing this?
For example:
<div id="redirect">Click here to go to new page</div>
When the new page loads, there will be a div with id = content that needs to have content automatically loaded based on data sent from the redirect id on the previous page.

Hey,
many builtin classes in Java implement Iterable, however String does not. It makes sense to iterate over chars in the String, just as one can iterate over items in regular array. Is there a reason behind it?
In JavaScript I'd like to take an object and pass a parameter to it and based on the parameter hve a method that will pass settings to the parameter:
functionName( parameter , settings );
Or
functionName( parameter ).methodName( settings );
Will dynamic binding happen with the object on stack?
For example
f() is a virtual function in both Base and Derived
int main(){
Derived d1;
Based *b= new Derived();
d1.f();
b->f();
}
input
23 3 4 4 42 n 23 0 9 9 n n n 3 9 9 x
//according to input,i should create int pointer arrays. pointer arrays starting from 1 (that is initial arrays is arrays[1].when program sees n ,it must be jumb to arrays 2
expected output
arrays[1] 3 4 5 42
arrays[2] 23 0 9 9
arrays[5] 3 9 9
x is stopper
n is comman to create new pointer array
i am new in this site
anyone help me how can i write
Using link what is the easiest way to convert a list of longs to a list of ints?
I need it to be a list, if it cant be possibly i would like to see a solution with a int array or some kind f int container.
I have a dictionary of values read from 2 fields in a database: a string field and a numeric field. The string field is unique so that is the key of the dictionary.
I can sort on the keys, but how can I sort based on the values?
Note: I have read this post 72899 and probably could change my code to have a list of dictionaries but since I do not really need a list of dictionaries I wanted to know if there a simpler solution.
I'd like to overload operator[][] to give internal access to a 2D array of char in C++.
Right now I'm only overloading operator[], which goes something like
class Object
{
char ** charMap ;
char* operator[]( int row )
{
return charMap[row] ;
}
} ;
It works ok.. Is it possible to override operator[][] though?
Hello all,
I am trying to raise a click event on a submit button in a html form.
I use the .click() jquery to catch the click event and return true at the end of the function.
When I click on the submit button, the jquery functions are raised and a callback is executed, but the $_POST array is empty.
How can I fix this?
