• openvpn: after changing to server mode, client does not create TUN device

  i had a previously working configuration with the config files used in a previous question However, i've changed this now to the following configuration using server mode, everything on the logs seem fine, however the client doesn't create any tun interface, so i don't have anything to connect to, presumably, i need to add or push some route commands, but i don't have any idea at this point what i need to do.   When we design a database table for a DVD rental company, we actually have a movie, which is an abstract idea, and a physical DVD, so for each rental, we have a many-to-many table with fields such as: TransactionID UserID DvdID RentedDate RentalDuration AmountPaid but what about with virtual goods? For example, if we let a user rent a movie online for 3 days, we don't actually have a DVD, so we may have a table: TransactionID UserID MovieID RentedDate RentalDuration AmountPaid should we create a record for each instance of "virtual good"? For example, what if this virtual good (the movie) can be authorized to be watched on 3 devices (with 3 device IDs), then should we then create a virtual good record in the VirtualGoods table, each with a VirtualGoodID and then another table that has VirtualGoodID DeviceID to match up the movie with the DeviceIDs? We can also just use the TransactionID as the VirtualGoodID. Are there circumstances where we may want to create a record to record this "virtual good" in a VirtualGoods table?

One of the solution i got was to create SSIS package and run it from the UI. I want to know as how i can create SSIS Package to achieve this. I am new to SSIS. I am using SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition and Visual Studio 2008 SP1 installed. I learnt that BIDS 2005 is used to create packages which comes by default with SQL Server 2005. Can someone please give me a example as i am new to this.

  I have a quick question about creating files with perl and executing them. I wanted to know if it was possible to generate a file using perl (I actually need a .bat script) and then execute this file internally to the program. I know I can create files, and I have with perl, however, I'm wanting to do this internally to the program. So, what I want it to do is actually create a batch script internally to the program (no file is actually written to the disk, everything remains in memory, or the perl program), and then once it completes the writing of the file, I'd like to be able to actually execute this file, and then discard the file it just wrote. I'm basically trying to have it create a batch script on the fly, so that I can just have output text files from the output of the script, rather than creating the batch script on disk, then executing it, and then deleting the batch file from disk when its done.   I need to create a bootstrap for my WiX project I've tried using setupbld.exe but it will only allow me to create an executable that will show my UI or one that will behave as a silent installer but not both. I need to be able to run the resulting executable with argument that will tell it wether or not to show the UI during installation. I've found this post by John Robbins that explains how to re-build the setup.exe stub used in the creation of the bootstrap but I was hoping there is a simpler way to do what I need. Does anyone know of a way to create a bootstrap that I use to run either as a simple (with UI) install or as a silent install.

  I'm looking for a solution to create a sort of template in Objective C. I'll try to explain my problem. I would create a sort of main view which has 1 side bar that remain always visible. This side bar have controls. The main view is responsible to load a Navigation Controller (UINavigationController seems to be ok) that manages other views. When switching a view to another, the sidebar always remain visible under the Navigation Controller and its views. I can make this generic to take any NSObject derived class, however, I want to store only a specific class in this stack. Ideally I want to create something similar to Java's typed lists (List or List) so that I can only store that type in the stack. I can create a different class for each (ProjectStack or ItemStack), but this will lead to a more complicated file structure.   Hi, I’m farely new to Wordpress but are working on putting a page together which has a very simple purpose. I’m creating it for a customer with little or none IT experience so I want to create a user he can use to login and edit his pages – and nothing more. No settings, no comments, no posts, no links, no nothing, just create, delete and edit pages and maybe edit his own profile or at least his E-mail and password. I can see that wordpress has some predefined roles for users but none of them completely does what I want and they either has to little or to many rights. I’ve been looking at the wordpress page http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities but can’t seem to get a clear answer. I dont know how to use javah tool,but i found it in java bin directory and i tried using cmd javah -jni com.pathname.classname is this correct syntax? if so i tried doing it in android bin directory.I want to know ,what classname represents,is this name of header file class that i try to create Regards Rakesh Shankar.P

  Repost from: Jboss GateIn Discussion. Please refer that post for screenshots. Here what happens when I try to create 2 gadgets: I press "Create a new gadget" Leave content as is and press "Save". As the result gadget gets name "CHANGME" and there is no way to change it. Press "Create a new gadget" and change title to "hello2 ...." Press "Save". New gadget replaces previous gadget in the left menu and gets the same name "CHANGME" with no way to change it Is this a bug or I am doing something wrong?

• Create jQuery Slider Range With One Handle Not Using Min/Max

  Hey all, Is there any possible way to create a slider that will create a range similar to what is done with one handle using min/max, only instead of min/max, starting the range from say 50 (on a scale from 1-100)? I realize this will most likely require modification of the slider or creating a plugin, just wondering if anyone has done this already or knows how to go about it. I.e. something like this: http://jqueryui.com/demos/slider/rangemin.html Only, instead of the range going from the min, going off of where the handle is, and allowing the user to slide either left or right of that fixed starting point to create the range. Any help is appreciated, and I'd be glad to clarify what I need if that doesn't make sense! :)

  Hi! I'm working with PostgreSQL to create some data types written in C. For example, I have: typedef struct Point3D { char id[50]; double x; double y; double z; } Point3D; The input and output functions are working properly. But the problem is the following: Every id of Point3D must be unique (and can be NULL), so I have decided to create an unique index on this field id, but is that possible? I'm thinking in something like this: create unique index test_point3d_idx on test_point3d (( getID(columname) )); where getID returns the field ID of columname. But I need to implement getID and I am really blocked. Any advice?

  Hello, Subversion 1.6 Ubuntu 10.4 I have a project with the following repository layout. proj/trunk proj/branches/new_feature1/ proj/branches/new_feature2/ proj/tags However, I would like to create a small test app, that isn't a new feature. Just just testing a small aspect of the project. I would like to create this test_app on a new branch. However, I don't want to have to copy from trunk to branch. I just want to create a new empty branch so that I can develop this test_app. Is there any way to do this? Many thanks for any suggestions,
