  • Quick help with some jQuery toggle

    I have the following code: <script> $(document).ready(function() { $('.toggle_section').click(function(e){ parent = $(e.target).closest("div") objChild = parent.children('div'); $('.sectionContentId').hide(400); $(objChild).toggle(400); }); }); </script> <br /> <div class="box" id="parent_section_1"> <strong> <a class="toggle_section" href="javascript:;">New Section 1</a> </strong> <div class="sectionContentId" id="section_1" style="display: none"> <br /> Contents<br />for<br />section<br />1 </div> </div> <br /> <div class="box" id="parent_section_2"> <strong> <a class="toggle_section" href="javascript:;">New Section 2</a> </strong> <div class="sectionContentId" id="section_2" style="display: none"> <br /> Contents<br />for<br />section<br />2 </div> </div> And example can be seen here As you can see, what I'm trying to accomplish is that when you click on one of the links, all the other "already expanded sections" collapse, and the clicked section expand. this works fine as it is, but obviously by using the logic: $('.sectionContentId').hide(400); $(objChild).toggle(400); When I click one of the expanded sections in the attempt to close it, it closes briefly and opens again. I wanna keep the same functionality, but wanna be able to open and close a section by clicking on a link, as well as when I'm opening a section, I wan't it to close everything before opening this new section. I'm not sure I'm being very clear here, but by looking at the example, you will be able to understand better what I mean. Thnks in advance

    I have a View that outputs a page. Under Basic Settings I set a "title". When I load the page, I see that title as the page title (at top of the browser) - all good. How can I print this value out in the "Display output" .tpl file? The $title variable doesn't seem to hold any value here. Do I need to use a preprocess function? Thanks

  • problems with jruby version of ruby-debug

    Whenever I use 'n' to step over a line it steps into it instead. This happens to me on all the versions of jruby i've tried, the latest being 1.3.1 Does it work right for anyone?     I've got some tests that need to count the number of warnings raised by a function. In Python 2.6 this is simple, using with warnings.catch_warnings(record=True) as warn: ... self.assertEquals(len(warn), 2) Unfortunately, with is not available in Python 2.4, so what else could I use? I can't simply check if there's been a single warning (using warning filter with action='error' and try/catch), because the number of warnings is significant.

After running an individual test case I have to re-import my database tables using phpMyAdmin. Here are the relevant files: This is the class I'm trying to test comment.php.   • How do I resize a Google Map with JavaScript after it has loaded?

    I have a 'mapwrap' div set to 400px x 400px and inside that I have a Google 'map' set to 100% x 100%. So the map loads at 400 x 400px, then with JavaScript I resize the 'mapwrap' to 100% x 100% of the screen - the google map resizes to the whole screen as I expected but tiles start disappearing before the right hand edge of the page. Is there a simple function I can call to cause the Google map to re-adjust to the larger size 'mapwrap' div?

    Say we have a hashtable of size m, and at each bucket we store a hashtable of size p. What would the worst case/average case search complexity be? I am inclined to say that since computing a hash function is still atomic, the only worst case scenario is if the value is at the end of the linked list in the hashtable of size p, so O(n)? I have no idea how to calculate the average case for this scenario and would appreciate any pointers!
