  • what's the best way to learn C++ and Qt at the same time?

    Hi I did A Google search and couldn't find anything, so I wanna learn Qt/C++ my University (I'm a first year CompSci Student) won't be teaching C++ next year which is a big disappointment I already know Python and dabbled in LaTeX, Javascript, C++ I'm currently helping out a free software project Clementine but it's programmed in Qt/C++ and I don't know enough of both to help out enough. Is there any tips, Tutorial, howtos out there?

I want to learn TranslateTransform and RenderTransformOrigin, could anyone recommend me some tutorials? I am a newbie of this area.     Hi I'm learning django and I did successfully start a site on Window XP by following the tutorial. However, on Window 7 when I issued: django-admin.py startproject mysite python.exe was started and a window appeared to ask me to choose either python.exe or other program to open a file.... did I do anthing wrong or there are more tricks for window 7? thanks.

    Currently working through a Teach Yourself WPF tutorial. Usually I can mentally convert from C# to VB without any problem but this C# syntax is unfamiliar. How is it written in VB?     Is there a way to resize a control, a JTextfield for example, at runtime in java? I want my textfield to have the resize cursors (just like when you point your cursor on the corner of a window) and will be able to resize on runtime. Yet when I click on the folder there is not data generation plan file. I don't know why. Do I have to install it separately or what? Or is it because I am using 2005 express?

I've looked into the facebook developer toolkit, but the documentation is more or less non-existent for Silverlight, and I didn't really get anywhere with it.
