    I have two tables tab1 { col1 (PK), col2, col3 } tab2 { col1, col2(PK), col3 } I am using Hibernate annotation for joining using "OneToOne" I have the below Hibernate class for tab1 class tab1 { @OneToOne @JoinColumn(name = "col2", referencedColumnName = "col1") private tab2 t2; } i was expecting to run the below sql select * from tab1 t1, tab2 t2 where t1.col1 = t2.col2 But it is not working as i expected.Please help

    Hello there, how to join 3 relational tables with the structure: t1 | id t2 | id | rating t3 | source_id | relation t3 stores the data of a field which t1 and t2 uses both. so source_id field can be t1's id or t2's id. input : t1 id output : t2 rating an example: **t1** id | --------- 42 | **t2** id | rating ------------- 37 | 9.2 **t3** id | source_id -------------- 42 | 1 37 | 1 26 | 2 23 | 1 what i want is to get 9.2 output with 42 input. can you do that in one sql query?

    I'm currently using Windows Authentication with 2 Oracle servers - SP3DSMP1 & SP3DSMP4. I created a database link on SMP1 to connect to SMP4 as: SQL create public database link LINK_SMP4 2 connect to CURRENT_USER 3 using 'SP3DSMP4'; Database link created. However when I try to do a query, I get the error: ERROR at line 1: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied Any ideas what might be wrong here? thanks Sunit

They will be in the same network but not in the same domain, both windows server 2008 and the database server is sql server 2008. My question being, what is the best way to secure data in transport between the servers? I've looked into IPSEC and SSL but not sure how to go about implementing either.

    I need for html file/ ajax code to take the JSON message and store the PATHS as a javaScript array. Then my buildImage function can display the first image in the array. I'm new to AJAX and believe my misunderstanding lies within the converting of the JSON to Javascript. I'm confused also about if my code creates a JSON array or object or either. I might need also to download a library to my app to understand JSON? Below is a PHP file loading the paths of the images.
