an old scanner (SCSI connectivity) problem with windows xp

i have an old scanner mirascan 640p that uses SCSI connectivity , it works only with windows 9x but doesn't work with xp and above , i found that xp not supporting SCSI by default so a tried "Advanced SCSI Programming Interface" (ASPI)

but it doesn't work also

any ideas please ???
