How to make a single window om Mac OS X sticky to every desktop space?

Hi, im trying to make a single terminal window appear on every space but the build in spaces only allow to configuration this per application basis. This makes it more or useless for terminals if you have multiple terminal windows on multiple spaces.

DesktopManager seams to have solved this for older windows of Mac OS X.
