How to maximize a window that maximize button is disabled for it ?

I have a program that Maximize button is disabled for it!
But I'm gonna maximize it somehow,

I've tested Alt + Enter, It doesn't work on it! I also tested Alt + Space, It doesn't work too.
Is there a way for doing that?

Microsoft Management Console stops working when I add snap-in to it
