Inconsistent DNS report results on different websites

I am checking my server dns setting on different websites. intodns,dnssy,dnscog, but on all the websites i get different results. Some say my mail server settings are not good, some say i have no A records for my NS records. Only on dnssy everything looks to be ok.

Should i just trust the website with the best results, or what should i do?

How does this sort of inconsistency occur in the first place. I am new to servers and dns, and this makes it very misleading.
