few questions about imaging the os

How much time will it take to backup 49Gb? Here are the details:
os: w7, processor-dual core 2.50 Ghz, 2Gb ram.

-I'll use the free version of macrium reflect. I will back it up on a phd from seagate. And I have installed. Ms visual studio 2008, netbeans, and some from master collection cs4.

I will only backup 1 partition.
