How to solve word 2007 crashes on startup in Windows 7 Professional?

I installed Office Enterprise edition on a brand new Optiplex 380 with Windows 7.

Access, Excel and Publisher works perfect, but Word and PowerPoint crash on startup.

I tried everything on the KB post from Microsoft.

Any help will be great.
