How do you remove any folder named XYZ from Windows Indexing?

Apparently there's a bug with Windows 7 and SVN and the temporary kludge fix is to remove .svn folders from indexing.

I can do that manually but I'd like to prevent ANY folder named .svn from being indexed by Windows Search. Anyone know how to do that?
