ipmi driver on windows 2003 R2

ipmiutil complains it doesn't find ipmidrv.sys I see it's on \windows\system32\drivers directory, also on \windows\system32\ipmi directory. But, the driver doesn't appear on the output of driverquery command. Any hint on how to enable it?

The hardware is a Dell 1950

IPMI queries to multiple nodes at once
