Remote desktop to dedicated server running CentOS 5

I have a dedicated server running CentOS. I was wondering if it is possible to remote desktop to this server.

If this is possible can someone explain to me how this works. I have downloaded a VMware image of CentSO, and i can run it with the VMware player, but I don't know what to do next.

If this is possible can someone guide me in the right direction.
