Is mod_spnego.so for Windows available somewhere?

Hi there,

compiling mod_spnego (http://sourceforge.net/projects/modgssapache/) for Windows seems to be relatively easy compared to mod_auth_kerb. But still, I don't seem to make it.

Various people write on the Internet that they have compiled it successfully. So this is an easy question: Is mod_spnego.so for Windows available for download anywhere?
