How do I turn on Aero Snap?

I'm currently using my girlfriends laptop (HP Pavillion dv8296ea) with Windows 7 Ultimate and Aero Snap isn't working.

The graphics card has a Windows Experience Index of 3.5, I have an Aero theme enabled and the system is up-to-date

Does anyone have an idea why Aero Snap isn't working or how I can turn it on?
