Why don't I see this gadget I installed on windows 7

I have downloaded this vista gadget http://arsecandle.org/twadget/2007/08/version_1300_i_havent_forgotte.html

I double clicked to install, it seems ok. But when adding a new gadget I can't see it in the list of available gadget.

I'm newbie to gadget though so I must have done something wrong :)
