windows 7:blue screen crash problem when pluging a USB external modem to connect to dialup internet?

i have a pc operation windows 7, i'm using a USB external modem to connect to dialup internet but once i connect the modem , window displays a blue screen which is famous in windows vista, it says something like that " dump physical memory " can anyone help me with my problem please ?
