Is there any application that can do this?Ive tried pc decrapifier but it seems to be needing a user in order to uninstall the programs that are checked. This is in windows

Can I uninstall / override the 64bit version of IE so that it won't get activated as default browser?
I would like to leave the 32bit version installed.

I'm looking for a tool, which should be fairly up-to-date and maintained, which uninstalls individual Codecs from the pc. A bonus would be if the tool were to scan my pc for existing codec.
