Need to have one network in Windows use static ip address & another use dynamic

Using Windows 7 64bit. I have a laptop which uses a static ip address when connected at home with wifi and a dynamic ip when using a public wifi. Whenever I switch back to connecting at home, I have to re-enter the info for the static ip. How can I have the home network setting remember its static ip settings regardless of connecting to public dynamic network earlier?
