I know a bit of each of these, but none enough to pass technical phone screens/interviews. I am looking for a job, and I'll take anything, almost anywhere (in the US). Any opinions on which I should take on and do a deep dive?

I do not which technology, I am wondering if one is better than the other when trying to get a job, more in the entry/mid level skill level. I am currently in the Bay Area, but will go anywhere.
