I have two operating systems installed on my notebook computer, Windows Vista and Ubuntu Linux. When I boot up, I'm presented with a bootloader which allows me to choose which one I want to load.

I'm interested in sharing each operating system's file system with the other, such that I could access my Windows files from Linux and vice-versa. Is this possible, and if so how would one go about setting it up?

Feel free to just post a link to an existing solution if there is one. I would Google for this myself, but I don't even know what to search for, as I don't know what this is called.
