URLRewriter.net sends 404 when uploaded to server with IIS 7, but works on localhost

Hi.

I have "installed" URLRewriter.net to my website, and it works just fine when I run it from Visual Studio, but as soon as I upload it, I get a 404.

Example: http://dkbyg.strandweb.dk/FAQ

Application Pool has been changed to "integrated", because my host suggested that could be it. It didn't work though.

Any ideas?
