I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question, but I honestly have exhausted my self searching for the last hour. I am looking for a quotation made about Microsofts software. It goes something along the lines of:

"They may make 2nd grade crappy software, but by God they know how to design interfaces"

It was by a somewhat popular open source personality about the lack of good interface design in open source software. Does any one know the exact quotation? It will be a great help if someone can point me in the right direction.
