I know its not strictly programming related, but the textmate mailing list is too 1990 for me to use properly. I won't make a habit of this: Anyone seen this popup before, it happens everytime I boot my mac. If so how do I kill it?

It seems that I am no longer able to Get Bundles using TextMate after upgrading to Snow Leopard.

My textmate suddenly stopped recognizing comments in code and the shortcut for commenting out code (Command + /).
I have found Comments in the Bundle Editor for HTML, but it doesn't look like I can set an activation key for it or anything.
