Free Antivirus solution for Windows

I have a few Windows Vista and XP machines. Can you suggest me a free antivirus and Internet Security solution for them. I searched the internet and got a few options, but if you have used some free AV solutions, please share.

I do not want to use Microsoft Security Essentials or Avira.
