Outlook is sending emails without spaces in the email body?

We have sent emails out using Outlook through our Exchange server. However, all of our clients are responding that email looks weird. There are no spaces in the email body. It looks like "Itisserverfault". Nevertheless, my sent items folder shows properly formatted emails.

What should i do the fix this issue?
