Problem with Juggernaut and transparent wmode in Adobe AIR

Hi,

I am trying to use juggernaut in Adobe AIR application, however the big issue with this is that the juggernaut flash file should have wmode parameter set to 'transparent'. This is a bit of a problem for juggernaut because it seems that it doesn't work with that parameter included. The interesting part is that it is working under Linux on all browsers and in air application, but on Windows it's working only with Safari all other browsers including the AIR application are not even connecting to the juggernaut server.

So the question is, what is the cause of this and if anyone had similar problem I would be interested to hear about solutions or workarounds.
