How to create a ssh user who only has permissions to access specific folder in Ubuntu

I installed ssh, but I find if I use my original account to login ubuntu, it have too large permission, and I want to constraint the user only have permission to specific folder in ubuntu, how can I config such a user ? Thanks in advance !
