Best method to auto-adjust on new displays (dsub)

I'm not searching for a software, because they can't do this I guess. Basically on the latest displays (and even on older ones) there is an auto-adjust if you use the DSUB connection. That's OK, but it varies which page I go, where I press it.

I'm searching for the best method to calibrate/adjust this.
