WinXP environment variable for "local setting" folder

there's a %appdata% variable equals to

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\.

I wonder if there's a variable for either

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\
