Can my laptop with a 3G connection share its Internet via a Wifi router (Dlink DIR-615)?

I turned Internet Connection Sharing on and Windows assigned 192.168.137.1 to my laptop's LAN adapter.

  1. Do I connect my laptop to the WAN port or to the LAN port of the router?
  2. What should I set as my router's IP address?
  3. Do I turn DHCP on my router on?
  4. Do I assign 192.168.137.x as static addresses on the other computers? If not, what?
  5. Is there anything else I need to set on my router?

Thank you!
