How to connect Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 5000 to Windows 7?

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth 5000 mouse, and I used it with my Linux and Windows 7 system.

In Linux, the mouse can always connect to the system normally. But on Windows 7, after I have successfully added the mouse to Windows 7, if I have connected the mouse to the Linux system, it will not be able to connect to the Windows 7 system any more - unless I remove the mouse and add it again. I tried to play all settings I could find in the Bluetooth settings on Windows 7, but cannot fix this problem.

How can I use the mouse without having to remove and add it again ?
