why my dns always give wrong ip?

My dns always resolve learnxue.com with wrong IP, even when I change dns server and execute ipconfig /flushdns.

answer from 8.8.8.8:

Addresses:  97.74.42.79

answer from 61.147.37.1:

My friends living in other city, using dns 61.147.37.1, can get right result, as below:
