how to fix error with ati driver ubuntu 11.10 X Error of failed request?

i install driver by this link : http://cisight.com/install-amd-radeon-hd-6470m-and-solve-overheat-on-ubuntu-1110-oneiric/

but will time i run fglrxinfo , display it :
