Hp Procurve Switch : port filtered

My HP Procurve switch is blocking port 22 and I dont know how to unblock it.Please let me know

From the server, see port 22 is blocked

This is blocked on cisco switch but I dont have any clue how this is done.

I know that vlan is configured on switch.

Please let me know how to unblock ssh port 22 access on this switch?
