No Wireless Connection on a Broadcom BCM43227

I´ve installed Ubuntu 11.10 on my Acer Aspire Laptop and can´t get any Wireless connection. Where is my problem? My wireless card is an Acer Nplify(TM) 802.11b/g/n.
