Are the other organizations such as BSA that a small company can join?

I am looking for other associations such as BSA.

Setting aside the long debate about : should/can a software be protected?!

I am currently actively looking for other, local, intentaional or even rgional groups/organizations that a small software company wants to join.

I mark : small, since the BSA fees are expensive.

please don't open the debate: if you are not big enough to pay the fee, than you are not big enough to join the __.
