Acer Aspire 7739G-6647 won't connect to the internet

Acer Aspire 7739G-6647, it belongs to a family member.

I reinstalled the chipset, LAN drivers, ethernet controllers, etc. I'm positive it's not my router or modem or anything like that. I have other laptops running on the network, this one just has some strange issue.

For some reason, it's saying "Work Offline" is enabled when I open Windows Media Player, and the PC seems to be connected to the network, but on the graphic in networking, it doesn't show the connection between the network and the internet.

Could anyone try to state any possible reason for this issue?

Any help is appreciated.
