Can I use a 4G/LTE router from Japan (Asia) in Norway (Europe)?

We are considering to buy a wireless 4G/LTE router (LG L-04D) in Japan.

Since we are moving to Norway (Europe) soon, we want something that would also work there (with a new SIM card and service provider, of course).

Does anyone know if this device will work in Norway? To my current understanding, there are some frequency standards to consider, but I was not able to find any understandable information.
